class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u80cc\u666f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RAG\u6a21\u578b\uff1aRAG\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u4fe1\u606f\u68c0\u7d22\u548c\u6587\u672c\u751f\u6210\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4ece\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6587\u6863\u5e93\u4e2d\u68c0\u7d22\u76f8\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u589e\u5f3a\u751f\u6210\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u8868\u73b0\u3002<br>\u68c0\u7d22\u9636\u6bb5\uff1a\u73b0\u6709\u7684RAG\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u8bcd\u7ea7\u522b\u7684\u5339\u914d\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u53ec\u56de\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u603b\u662f\u4e0e\u67e5\u8be2\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u5728\u68c0\u7d22\u63a8\u7406\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8bed\u53e5\u65f6\u80fd\u529b\u4e0d\u8db3<br>\u751f\u6210\u9636\u6bb5\uff1a\u751f\u6210\u5668\u5728\u5229\u7528\u68c0\u7d22\u5230\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u65f6\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u660e\u786e\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u751f\u6210\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u96be\u4ee5\u89e3\u91ca\u548c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728LLM\u7684\u9884\u8bad\u7ec3\u8bed\u6599\u5e93\u4e2d\u5f88\u5c11\u660e\u786e\u5730\u201c\u6307\u51fa\u201d\u548c\u201c\u76d1\u7763\u201d\u5404\u79cd\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u6b63\u786e\u56de\u7b54\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5f53\u524d\u7684RAG\u65e2\u6ca1\u6709\u88ab\u5185\u5728\u5730\u8bad\u7ec3\u6210\u6cbf\u7740\u5408\u7406\u7684\u68c0\u7d22\u65b9\u5411\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u7d22\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u5c06\u68c0\u7d22\u5230\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u673a\u5730\u5f52\u56e0\u4e8e\u7b54\u6848\u3002<br>\u89c4\u5219\u5f15\u5bfc\uff1a\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u901a\u8fc7\u5f15\u5165\u89c4\u5219\u6765\u6307\u5bfc\u68c0\u7d22\u548c\u751f\u6210\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u8be5\u6587\u4e2d\u9009\u62e9\u77e5\u8bc6\u56fe\u8c31\u4f5c\u4e3a\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u903b\u8f91\u63a8\u7406\u548c\u5173\u7cfb\u63a8\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RuleRAG\u6846\u67b6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u90e8\u5206\u2014\u2014\u68c0\u7d22\u5668\uff08retriever\uff09\u548c\u751f\u6210\u5668\uff08generator\uff09\u3002<br>\u68c0\u7d22\u5668\u8d1f\u8d23\u4ece\u6587\u6863\u5e93\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\uff0c\u800c\u751f\u6210\u5668\u5219\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u751f\u6210\u6700\u7ec8\u7684\u56de\u7b54\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u89c4\u5219\u5f15\u5165\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u8f93\u5165\u4fa7\u5f15\u5165\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u6307\u5bfc\u68c0\u7d22\u5668\u53ec\u56de\u76f8\u5173\u6587\u6863\uff0c\u5e76\u5e2e\u52a9\u751f\u6210\u5668\u8fdb\u884c\u903b\u8f91\u63a8\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u89c4\u5219\u5e93\uff1a<br>\u4f7f\u7528\u77e5\u8bc6\u56fe\u8c31\u6316\u6398\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08\u5982AMIE3\u6216TLogic\uff09\u751f\u6210\u89c4\u5219\u5e93R\u3002<br>\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5316\u8868\u8fbe\uff1a[Entity 1, r1, Entity 2] leads to [Entity 1, r2, Entity 2]\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5229\u7528\u7ecf\u5178\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u6316\u6398\u7b97\u6cd5AMIE3\u6765\u5904\u7406\u9759\u6001KG\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caTLogic\u6765\u5904\u7406\u65f6\u5e8fKG\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bad\u7ec3\u7b56\u7565<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RuleRAG-ICL\uff08In-Context Learning\uff09\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f15\u5165\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u6307\u5bfc\u751f\u6210\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<br>RuleRAG-FT\uff08Fine-Tuning\uff09\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5b66\u4e60\u66f4\u65b0\u68c0\u7d22\u5668\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u6307\u5bfc\u5fae\u8c03\uff08RGFT\uff09\u66f4\u65b0\u751f\u6210\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bbe\u7f6e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6570\u636e\u96c6<br>\u81ea\u5efa\u6570\u636e\u96c6\uff1a\u4f5c\u8005\u6784\u5efa\u4e86\u4e94\u4e2a\u57fa\u4e8e\u77e5\u8bc6\u56fe\u8c31\u7684\u95ee\u7b54\u57fa\u51c6\u6570\u636e\u96c6\uff08RuleQA\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc4\u4f30RuleRAG\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002<br>\u73b0\u6709\u6570\u636e\u96c6\uff1a\u5728\u56db\u4e2a\u73b0\u6709\u7684RAG\u6570\u636e\u96c6\uff08ASQA, PopQA, HotpotQA, NQ\uff09\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002<br>\u8bc4\u4f30\u6307\u6807<br>Recall@10\uff1a\u8861\u91cf\u68c0\u7d22\u5230\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6587\u6863\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002<br>Exact Match (EM)\uff1a\u8861\u91cf\u751f\u6210\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u662f\u5426\u5b8c\u5168\u6b63\u786e\u3002<br>F1
