class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u3001\u8bba\u6587\u4ecb\u7ecd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u80cc\u666f\uff1a\u5927\u578b\u8bed\u8a00\u6a21\u578b(LLM)\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u8bed\u8a00\u5904\u7406\u9886\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u663e\u8457\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5904\u7406\u77e5\u8bc6\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u4efb\u52a1\u65f6\u4ecd\u5b58\u5728\u5e7b\u89c9\u548c\u65f6\u5e8f\u9519\u4f4d\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u68c0\u7d22\u589e\u5f3a\u751f\u6210(RAG)\u901a\u8fc7\u5f15\u5165\u5916\u90e8\u77e5\u8bc6\u5e93\u6765\u7f13\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u533b\u7597\u9886\u57df\u5e94\u7528\u65f6\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9886\u57df\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u590d\u6742\u573a\u666f\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>2.\u76ee\u6807\uff1a\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u63a2\u7d22RAG\u6846\u67b6\u5728\u533b\u7597\u9886\u57df\u77e5\u8bc6\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u4efb\u52a1\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30LLM\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u8be5\u56fe\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 MedicineQA \u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e2d\u4e0d\u540c\u7528\u836f\u54a8\u8be2\u573a\u666f\u7684\u5206\u5e03\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u836f\u7269\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3001\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u5e94\u3001\u7981\u5fcc\u75c7\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(b) RagPULSE \u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a \u8be5\u56fe\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 RagPULSE \u6a21\u578b\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5386\u53f2\u84b8\u998f\u3001\u8bc1\u636e\u68c0\u7d22\u548c\u56de\u7b54\u751f\u6210\u4e09\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u610f\u4e49\uff1a \u8be5\u56fe\u6e05\u6670\u5730\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 RagPULSE \u6a21\u578b\u5982\u4f55\u5229\u7528\u5de5\u5177\u8c03\u7528\u673a\u5236\u8fdb\u884c\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5386\u53f2\u84b8\u998f\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u68c0\u7d22\u5230\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u751f\u6210\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u56de\u7b54\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure \u68c0\u7d22\u8fc7\u7a0b\u548c\u751f\u6210\u56de\u7b54\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a \u8be5\u56fe\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 ChatGLM3\u3001Baichuan2\u3001ChatGPT3.5 \u548c RagPULSE-7B \u6a21\u578b\u5728\u68c0\u7d22\u8fc7\u7a0b\u548c\u751f\u6210\u56de\u7b54\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5b83\u4eec\u751f\u6210\u7684\u641c\u7d22\u67e5\u8be2\u548c\u68c0\u7d22\u5230\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u610f\u4e49\uff1a \u8be5\u56fe\u76f4\u89c2\u5730\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u6a21\u578b\u5728\u5904\u7406\u590d\u6742\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u751f\u6210\u51c6\u786e\u56de\u7b54\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 1\uff1a MedicineQA \u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e0a\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u8bc4\u4f30\u7ed3\u679c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a \u8be5\u8868\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c LLM \u6a21\u578b\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728 MedicineQA \u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e0a\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8bc1\u636e\u68c0\u7d22\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u548c\u7528\u836f\u54a8\u8be2\u56de\u7b54\u7684 Elo \u8bc4\u5206\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u610f\u4e49\uff1a \u8be5\u8868\u76f4\u89c2\u5730\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 RagPULSE \u6a21\u578b\u5728\u8bc1\u636e\u68c0\u7d22\u548c\u7528\u836f\u54a8\u8be2\u56de\u7b54\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4f18\u8d8a\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image 2\uff1a Distill-Retrieve-Read \u6846\u67b6\u7684\u6d88\u878d\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a \u8be5\u8868\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 Distill-Retrieve-Read \u6846\u67b6\u4e2d\u4e0d\u540c\u7ec4\u4ef6\u5bf9\u6a21\u578b\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ec5\u4f7f\u7528\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u4ec5\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ed3\u5408\u5de5\u5177\u8c03\u7528\u673a\u5236\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u610f\u4e49\uff1a \u8be5\u8868\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86 Distill-Retrieve-Read \u6846\u67b6\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5de5\u5177\u8c03\u7528\u673a\u5236\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u8bc1\u636e\u68c0\u7d22\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u56db\u3001\u603b\u7ed3\u4e0e\u601d\u8003<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u603b\u7ed3\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u63d0\u51faMedicineQA\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u57fa\u51c6\uff0c\u4ece\u73b0\u5b9e\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u836f\u7269\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30LLM\u5728\u533b\u5b66\u9886\u57df\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u5de5\u5177\u8c03\u7528\u201d\u673a\u5236\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u521b\u6027\u7684\u68c0\u7d22\u589e\u5f3a\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u84b8\u998f-\u68c0\u7d22-\u8bfb\u53d6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u7ed3\u5408\u8be5\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u7684RagPUSLE\u5728\u6027\u80fd\u4e0a\u4f18\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u516c\u5f00\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0e\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u5c0f\u53c2\u6570\u5927\u5c0f\u7684\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ade\u4e89<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u601d\u8003\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u6269\u5c55MedicineQA\u6570\u636e\u96c6\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u66f4\u591a\u7528\u836f\u54a8\u8be2\u573a\u666f\u548c\u836f\u7269\u79cd\u7c7b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u63a2\u7d22\u66f4\u590d\u6742\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u8c03\u7528\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7ed3\u5408\u81ea\u7136\u8bed\u8a00\u5904\u7406\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u884c\u8bed\u4e49\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u63a8\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u5c06RagPULSE\u6a21\u578b\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u77e5\u8bc6\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u4efb\u52a1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u533b\u7597\u62a5\u544a\u751f\u6210\u548c\u533b\u7597\u8bca\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u6765\u6e90\uff1aarXiv
